Our weekly groups use a combination of talk therapy, games, and creative art to help teens develop skills, such as:

Our weekly groups combine Expressive Art and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, focusing on:

  • Mindfulness: being present in the moment

  • Interpersonal Skills: making & keeping relationships

  • Emotional Regulation: understanding and managing emotions

  • Distress Tolerance: coping with stressful situations

  • Middle Path: helping adolescents and parents work together

  • Open-Mindedness: considering alternative solutions
